First appointment at our practice for newly enrolled patients
We require a 30-minute appointment for our new patients. This has a charge of $85, or $39 if you have a Community Services Card.
You will spend 15 minutes with our nurse and 15 minutes with the doctor.
Our team will also spend time reviewing your medical records, medications, updating your health screening, checking your immunisations, and reviewing your clinical letters. Our receptionists will ensure that the administrative work involved with enrolling you is completed.
This ensures we can provide you and your family with the best possible care now and in the future.

Prescription fees
Standard prescriptions may take up to 72 hours to process. This is because for each request, our doctors will review your file, blood test results, and clinic letters to ensure clinical safety when prescribing.
Prescriptions requested on a Friday will be ready by Tuesday.
If you have not seen your doctor face to face within the last 12 months, we may decline your prescription request and we will contact you to make an appointment.
