  • provide you with health services

Besides our staff, we may share this information with:

  • other medical services, such as hospitals or specialists, in order to provide you with healthcare.

We keep your information safe by storing securely your health records on our Patient Management System and only allowing our staff to access it.

*Privacy update: how we collect your information (IPP 3A)

From 1 May 2026, changes to the Privacy Act 2020 introduce a new rule called Information Privacy Principle 3A (IPP 3A).

As a healthcare provider, we also follow the Health Information Privacy Code 2020, which sets specific rules for how your health information is collected, used, and shared.

What this means for you

  • In most cases, we collect information directly from you.
  • Sometimes, we may receive your health information from other sources (for example, another doctor, specialist, hospital, or laboratory).
  • When we collect your information this way, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

You have the right to access your health information and request corrections if needed.

Your information is protected under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
